There's some footage of Howard performing 'What Is Love" on youtube at the 80's Rewind Festival. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iaq6yMKWngI
Were you there? Or have you seen Howard perform live and want to share your experience? Add your review here...

i have seen howard around 10 times over the years,my very first gig by anybody was howard jones one to one tour de montford hall leicester march 1987(i started late ,i had just turned 18).
one of my fav gigs was to promote angels and lovers at the bloomsbury theatre london, howard had something like a 8 or 9 peice band(including string triple,i think)
so im hoping cardiff will be just as good

I've seen howard about a dozen times now...I guess if I lived in England it would be five times that figure but given the added cost of flying over etc i get to do it a handful of times a year. but that does make it extra special..as the anticipation grows in between gigs...my fave was a gig in Froom which was just amazing..there was stage invasions etc felt like a really energetic gig

Hiya all,

Just joined the board and thought I would tell you about my experience at the Rewind Festival.

I only attended on the Sunday and felt like I was back in the 80s and 17 years old again, standing at the front of the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney (ask your Aussie HoJo friends).

Most of the lineup for the Sunday were fantastic with a couple of exception (which I won't mention by name to avoid embarrassment and arguments  )

I was most impressed on the day with Howard (of course!), Nik Kershaw, Midge Ure and the wonderful Go West.....all sounded amazing and I was lucky enough to be right at the front when they were all on, singing my heart out! :D

Trish
