I still enjoy listening to your songs...
crazy you perform the same songs today. one artist should not. it's 26 years ago... and voice is not vine... won't get better with age if stored wrong.
Listening to 80's sound makes me feel good because I remember... looking into the 2010's face of the same artist makes me feel... pitty (if he's singing the same songs... ask Sting what I mean with that)

Not quite sure what you're getting at... yes Howard still plays an electronic set of the 80s hits, but thats because the public want it (dare I say demand it). Classic pop of its era that has stood the test of 25+ years..why hide it? Celebrate it and keep it going. Its better than a lot of the trash knocking around these days.

And I think you forget or haven't heard that Howard just released a new album - Ordinary Heroes - of terrific new material..... which follows Revolution of the Heart from a couple of years ago...also full of cracking new material....

Don't forget either that the Rolling Stones still play 'Brown Sugar' live and Paul McCartney some Beatles tracks....and that's all from the 60s.... Great music is great music. Who cares how old it is.

I aspire to be as pitiable an artist as Sting, one of my true heroes for decades. I don't know how I just discovered today that Howard Jones may be of that ilk. Better late than never, I suppose as the world is sorely in need of heroes these days.
