The Risk fanclub once sent a christmas flexi disc featuring samples from "Cross That Line". One of the songs included was Powerhouse. But that version is completly diffrent from the version on the album. The version on the flexi had hammond organ on it and reconnected me with the groove of "Look mama".
So I am waiting for years to get this version.
What do others think of that?
I bought the first two Remaster Box Sets and I have to buy all of the followings. But for me as a collector and owner of all that vinyl stuff it would be great to have at least one track on every remaster that is completly new. like demos, unreleased mixes, maybe live tracks.
Ok, I agree, the demo thing is something for hardcore fans. Perhaps the remaster series is the wrong place. Eventually there has to be a limited edtion containing rarities.

Great idea and the other 4 Danny D mixes of Powerhouse would be great too!

As far as rare demo and alternate versions of tracks, I think a collection similar to Saint Etienne's "Nice Price" would work well.

This collection brought together a selection of songs which fans would know, but all featured as alternate takes, mixes and demos. Perhaps a similar collection could work with Howard's material.
